AUV-500L

The ZZMT-CRPF-AUV-500L (533 Carrier Vehicle) is a general-purpose underwater carrier platform with a maximum operating depth of 500 meters. It is equipped with a complete set of subsystems, ranging from energy and propulsion to navigation and communication. Its core value lies in providing a deep-reaching, stable, and reliable experimental platform for various underwater applications, supporting the testing and validation of multiple payloads.

Features and Advantages

Lightweight, High-Strength Hull Structure

Manufactured from advanced composite materials, which provide significant advantages over traditional steel frame structures, including lighter weight and higher structural strength within the same volume. This improves maneuverability and payload efficiency.

High-Precision Full-Vector Propulsion System

Equipped with a self-developed full-vector main propulsion system, enabling precise multi-degree-of-freedom control. This significantly enhances maneuverability and attitude stability, making it well-suited for complex underwater operating conditions.

Modular Electrical Control System Architecture

Designed with multiple independent pressure-resistant compartments (including main control, propulsion, payload, navigation, communication and positioning, and energy cabins), allowing rapid equipment integration, fault isolation, and simplified maintenance.

Flexible and Open Payload Expansion Capability

Offers strong payload integration capacity, with multiple standardized electrical interfaces in the payload bay. This facilitates quick access and functional expansion for a wide range of sensors and equipment across different mission scenarios.

Multiple Safety and Efficient Recovery Mechanisms

Equipped with an independent BDS communication and positioning unit, a high-reliability jettison system, and a bow cable-release recovery mechanism. Together, these provide a multi-layered safety assurance system, reducing operational risks and simplifying recovery.
